About Moustache & Go; Red Beard Cafe started in 2012 as a ‘community centre’ – part pub, part restaurant, part coffeeshop. A place to come hang out, and thankfully folks have come and hung out just like we hoped! As Red Beard developed though, we found that while people loved our product, our service style could be at odds with what a customer needed from us at that time of day. Enter Moustache & Go – for those times when you ‘must-dash’, or in any case the service style you are looking for is more quick service – allowing Red Beard to have servers at the table all day, and to be able to grow the food menu at Red Beard, offering daytime customers more of what they want from the night menu during the day.
Ultimately Moustache and Red Beard both strive to be places to hang out; to serve quality food, made from scratch; to serve great coffee, craft beer and other refreshing drinks.
