Cultivating Inclusion: An Interactive EDI Learning Experience

This two-hour interactive workshop will help participants better understand the communities they serve. Participants will learn about unconscious biases and microaggressions and understand what power and privilege are in relation to identity. This workshop will challenge participants to reflect on how they see the community around them, from team members to clients to suppliers, and perhaps expose some blind spots. The workshop is intended to encourage ideas to develop more inclusive and welcoming workplaces and businesses for employees and customers alike.

Learning Outcomes:

•  Build empathy and awareness of diverse communities;
• Understand the impact of unconscious bias, microaggressions, and identity-based privilege
• Equip participants with tools to recognize and reduce personal and systemic blind spots
