Bullying should never be tolerated in the workplace. We’ll teach your team what to do when they spot bullying and how to neutralize its effects. Course Outline:

  • Workplace conflict and incivility – how this differs from bullying and harassment.
  • Managing ourselves in the workplace.
  • Understanding how we each contribute to a respectful workplace.
  • Focus on a more positive approach.
  • Understanding of the laws that govern bullying and harassment in the workplace.
  • A heightened awareness of behaviors, words, and attitudes supports building a respectful workplace and those that do not.
  • Developing better awareness of group dynamics and everyone’s role within the group.
  • Sensitizing people to attitudes and behaviors that may offend others unwittingly.
