According to a study by CPP Inc., approximately 85% of employees experience conflict to some degree in the workplace.
Effective triaging and management of employee complaints can significantly reduce the costs associated with disengagement by resolving issues before they escalate.
Part of maintaining high employee engagement involves the effective handling of grievances and conflicts.

This workshop will begin with an overview of different types of employee grievances, including bullying, harassment, interpersonal conflict, and troublesome behaviours. Participants will learn to assess the urgency and severity of complaints through a structured triage process. The workshop will include interactive activities such as case studies and role-playing to apply the concepts learned in real time, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing cases and implementing appropriate resolution strategies. The workshop will cover legal considerations and best practices to ensure resolutions are not only effective but also compliant with workplace policies and laws.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Enhanced problem-solving skills
  • Improved Conflict Resolution techniques
  • Legal and Ethic Compliance
